Milo International Netball Tournament’s Women's Division group stage last 2 matches will be played tonight at Social Centre.

In tonight’s first match, Youth United will face off against Lorenzo. This match will start at 19:45. The second match will begin at 21:30. This match is between Zenith Sports and Shining Star.

In the previous match in the group stage, Matrix won against United Unity by 43-19 points. This match’s queen-of-the-match was Matrix’s Dhooma Adam.

There was a men’s division match played last night as well. This match was between Skylark and Matrix. Matrix won this match by 55-7 points. The man-of-the-match of this match was Matrix’s Ibrahim Iyaz.

In this year’s tournament, 9 teams had participated from the women’s division. These 9 teams were divided into 2 groups. Group A consists of Green Streets, Zenith Sports, Club Matrix, Shining Star, and United Unity. Group B’s teams are Kulhudhuffushi Youth & Recreation (KYRC), Youth United, Lorenzo, and Mahibadhoo Sports Club.

The men’s divisions teams are Skylark, KYRC, and Matrix.

Social Center is open during the matches so that anyone can go and watch the matches.

Netball Association of Maldives had stated that you would need to have 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine to enter the venue. They also strongly urged the supporters to always keep their masks on and keep a 3ft distance from others.
