Kulhudhuffushi Youth & Recreation (KYRC) has won the Milo National Netball Tournament Men’s Division without losing any of the matches they played.

They were crowned as champions last night after beating Club Matrix in the final.

This was a difficult match for both sides. Both the teams were on equal footing in the first third quarters, but KYRC was just slightly ahead. The match even got more heated when Matrix took the lead in the last 8 minutes of the last quarter. KYRC didn’t lose hope and kept on pushing forward. Their decision to change to an all-out attack play showed its reward when they took back the lead again. They won the match by 30-27 points. 

The three teams that participated in this year’s Men’s Division are Skylark, KYRC, and Matrix.

Tonight at 20:30, KYRC and Green Street will play the final in the Women’s Division.
