Maldives most leading women’s handball tournament “STO Havaru Women’s Handball Tournament 2021” started in g.dh Thinadhoo. The tournament started on 23rd February 2021.
This handball tournament is organized by Havaru Sports. Havaru Sports mentioned that there are 10 teams in this tournament, including 7 teams from Thinadhoo, 2 teams from atoll and 1 team from Male’.
This tournament has begun with group stages of two groups, where the best two teams from each group will go to semifinal. Semifinal matches will take place in 6th March and final will take place in 8th March. The group stages started last Tuesday.
Havaru Sports also mentioned that the reward for the champion team for the tournament is 20,000 Rufiyaa and the reward for runner-up is 10,000 Rufiyaa.
