Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment of Maldives, Ahmed Mahloof has said that the installation of the outdoor gym in AA. Ukulhas is almost complete.

In a tweet, Minister Mahloof said that the outdoor gym being installed at AA. Ukulhas is one of the 61 outdoor gyms being constructed under grant assistance from India.

The project is part of the 106 million grant assistance extended to the Maldives government after late External Affairs Minister late Sushma Swaraj's visit.

A total of 8 million rufiyaa was allocated to the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment to procure Outdoor Fitness Equipment for 61 islands, to encourage the citizens of Maldives to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
