The 54th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Championship, which is now taking place in K. Maafushi, saw the Maldives National Bodybuilding team win a total of 6 medals.

The contest may end up being the most prosperous initiative in Maldivian bodybuilding history.

Three gold medals were won by Maldives in the current competition. Azneen Rashadh, Hussain Himyan, and Mohamad Moosa are the winners in the 170-centimeter, 175-centimeter, and 55-kilogram categories, respectively. Mohamed Moosa also took home a low medal from the Asian competition in 2019.
