England's Lauren Hemp once again took the lead by a mistake made by Ellie Carpenter and Alessia Russo ended Australia's hopes with a goal on the counterattack. England will face Spain which knocked out Sweden to guarantee their place in the final. The match will be held on this Sunday at 3 pm.
