The work of the amazing outdoor volleyball court in R. Kinolhas has been completed. Contracted by the island council, the work of the volleyball court was completed by NTN Partnership.

In the outdoor volleyball court, there is a rostrum consisting of two supporter’s staircases. The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment has spent MVR 5،389،67 (five lakh thirty-eight thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven) on this project. The volleyball court also has an installed light system, which can be used at night.

A tweet made by the Youth Minister Ahmed Mahloof stated that, he praises and acknowledge the support given out by Kinolhas council and youth for the construction of the outdoor volleyball court.

Responding to some pictures of the outdoor volleyball court in Kinolhas that has been circulating on social media, the Minister noted that the court is yet to open for the public use.

According to the Minister, the Youth Ministry has more similar projects underlined to be developed in islands in the near future.
