The Tekkers Greater Male Cup (TGMC) has reached its thrilling conclusion, with Gaafaru Futsal Team emerging victorious in a hard-fought battle for the championship trophy. The Grand Finale, held on yesterday between BG Sports Club and Gaafaru Futsal Team, marked the pinnacle of this 20 day-long Futsal Tournament.

Tekkers Greater Male Cup group stages end and the knockout stages are underway

The Tekkers Greater Male Cup Futsal Tournament, one of the most highly anticipated events in the realm of futsal, has reached a thrilling juncture as the group stages conclude, paving the way for an electrifying knockout stage. The journey began with 24 teams vying for glory, and after intense battles on the futsal court, we now eagerly anticipate the unfolding drama of the knockout rounds with the 16 teams left. The round of 16 will be played on the 13th and 14th of December 2023.

Tekkers Greater Male Cup 2023 Starts

Last night marked the commencement of the Tekkers Greater Male Cup, a night that will be etched in the memory of Maldives futsal enthusiasts. The Rehendhi Ground played host to a spectacular opening ceremony, signaling the start of an 18-day long tournament of futsal. Distinguished Chief guests, including former referee Ali Saleem and Deputy General Manager of Dhivehi Insurance, Ahmed Adam, added a touch of prestige to the event.
